The Opportunity

You will lead comprehensive financial planning engagements including:

• Advanced retirement modeling
  • Tax-aware planning
  • Estate and legacy coordination
  • Risk management strategy
  • Balance sheet and cash flow analysis
  • Including but not limited to, collaboration with CPAs and estate attorneys

We serve clients who expect depth, clarity, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• CFP® certification required
  • 5 to 10 years serving affluent or high-net-worth clients
  • Ability to manage complex planning engagements independently
  • Strong communication skills and fiduciary mindset
  • Commitment to professionalism and culture

Compensation

• Compensation base salary + quarterly bonus
  • Base salary $85,000-$125,000 commensurate with experience
  • Clear long-term growth trajectory and opportunity
