We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused professional to join our team as a Junior Financial Advisor / Client Service Associate. In this role, you will support the Senior Financial Advisor by gathering and analyzing client information, preparing financial plans and reports, and helping deliver a high level of service throughout the client relationship. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a long-term career in financial services while gaining experience in both financial planning and client service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering, reviewing, and organizing client financial information to support the preparation of financial plans and recommendations.
Prepare client reports, forms, and supporting documents, and submit required paperwork to product companies while tracking items through completion.
Respond to client service requests, follow up on outstanding items, and coordinate resolutions with internal team members and external contacts.
Maintain the client database (CRM), organize electronic and paper records, and ensure accurate and timely completion of client documentation.
Support client meeting preparation, compliance-related administrative tasks, and approved marketing or client communication efforts as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, courteous phone and email manner.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Comfort working with numbers, reviewing financial information, and maintaining detail-oriented records.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with the ability to learn financial planning, CRM, and other web-based systems.
A collaborative, dependable approach and an interest in developing a long-term career in financial services.
