 The Role 
 This is not a traditional advisor role. 
 You will not be expected to bring in clients or manage a team. 
 Instead, you will operate as a senior extension of firm leadership&#8212;working directly with us, sitting in client meetings, and helping elevate both client experience and advisor capability. 
 What You&#8217;ll Do 
 
 Participate in client meetings alongside advisors and firm leadership 
 Help guide conversations, refine recommendations, and build client confidence 
 Support advisors in preparing for meetings and thinking through complex situations 
 Provide real-time coaching and feedback to developing advisors 
 Model best practices in communication, organization, and client service 
 Support and reinforce follow through and coordination between meetings 
 
 What You Won&#8217;t Do 
 
 You will not be responsible for business development 
 You will not manage or supervise advisors 
 You will not &#8220;take over&#8221; client relationships 
 You will not operate independently without integration into the team 
 
 Who You Are 
 
 15+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management 
 CFP&#xae; professional 
 Strong presence in client conversations&#8212;calm, confident, and thoughtful

 Highly organized and detail-oriented
