Overview
Citadel’s Financial Advisors deliver expert wealth management solutions, leveraging knowledge of securities, insurance, and financial planning. We offer a comprehensive suite of investment products, including managed accounts, mutual funds, annuities, equities, and fixed-income securities.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on securities, insurance, and wealth management strategies using market insights and industry research.
- Conduct client interviews to assess financial position, resources, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, and goals.
- Develop tailored financial plans and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and internal procedures while applying deep knowledge of market conditions and investment strategies.
- Create and execute annual sales plans to achieve revenue and asset growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related sales experience.
- Required licenses: NASD Series 7, 63, 65/66, and PA insurance license; CFP or similar designation preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Clean Form U-4.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in investment and money management techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
