- Develop and present comprehensive financial plans, covering investment analysis, retirement projections, tax planning, and more.
- Work closely with advisors to prepare for client meetings and provide strategic insights.
- Stay informed on financial planning trends and industry best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with advisors and clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Identify additional planning opportunities, including high-net-worth services and tax strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Psychology, or related experience.
- CFP® certification required.
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, specializing in financial planning.
- Strong knowledge of retirement strategies, wealth management, and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (preferably Redtail), and financial planning software (E-Money, Holistiplan).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
