You will be completing various work assignments under limited supervision. In your role as a Senior Accountant (or Accountant - considering your skills and years of experience), you will spend your time preparing, reviewing and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformity to reporting and procedural standards. You will also conduct moderately complex assignments involving accounting projects and the day to day maintenance of a general ledger. In this role you will identify inconsistencies and problems and communicate them to management and perform appropriate accounting controls. You will also participate in month-end closing, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting activities and routinely interact with internal and external customers.
