This role is to be the "Glue" for the firm. In both client-facing and back-office key roles, the Administrative Manager works at the direction of the Owner in supporting all the activities of the firm. Ensuring clients are scheduled regularly, to implementing best in class client experiences using agile approaches. The firm has four CFP's including the owner and a personal and proactive service model. The firm is a fiduciary wealth management firm. Taking Initiative, being organized, paying attention to the big picture and the details are essential. If you like to own your work and collaborate and can handle fast-paced "regular" work while continuously improving, growing, and learning, while driving new projects, then this is the job for you. Tracking monthly Key Performance Initiatives (KPIs) is an example of one regular monthly responsibility. There are daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual regular responsibilities along with new projects. Much is already automated, or outsourced, or will be by the employee.
