The BDO Wealth Advisory group (BDOWA) provides independent and objective investment advice to clients in all areas of financial planning. BDOWA will identify client specific needs, help establish realistic goals and objectives, guide clients in developing a plan and provides assistance in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of that plan, designed specifically to meet client's needs.
Senior Wealth Manager positions are available in Chicago, New York, San Francisco & Houston.
Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field required
Experience: - Six (6) or more years of investment management and financial planning experience utilized in the relationship management of high net worth clients is required
License/Certifications: - Must be eligible for registration as an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) with the State of Florida and be a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or CIMA chartered holder. Exceptions may be made by the Regional Managing Director.
Software: - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint , especially query and reporting functions is required - Proficient in the use of industry software, preferably Tamarac -CRM, Rebalance, Advisor View, and eMoney or their equivalent is preferred
